The initial consultation is $150, and includes meeting you on property to discuss your vision and understand your needs for the space. After this meeting, a personalized design quote is provided.

***Locations greater than 30 miles from our business address will incur an additional fuel surcharge.***

If the design fee is accepted, next, Sarah in the Garden will return to your property to conduct a comprehensive site analysis. During this visit, we gather precise measurements and evaluate critical factors such as drainage and local climate conditions. We then use these insights to design a beautiful space tailored specifically to your site and lifestyle.
***Initial 50% of design fee is due.

Together we gather (location TBD) to walk through the landscape master plan, detailing the intended layout and material choices. This is a collaborative session where we review the plant palette and material portfolio to ensure the design perfectly captures the vision for your outdoor living space.

Because we want you to be fully satisfied with your plan, we include one round of revisions (provided in writing by the customer). This meeting will be virtual or by phone and Sarah will answer any questions and refine the plan accordingly.

Your finished Design Package includes a fully colored 2D plan that is to-scale. You will also receive a prepared plant and materials portfolio and photo renderings that help you visualize the final plan. Sarah will then connect you with a trusted contractor to begin bringing your vision to life.
