We are always looking to expand our network with professional landscape contractors in the DFW Metroplex.  SITG exists to help you grow your business.  Our goal is to come along side and provide your company with detailed design services that will WOW your customer, showcase your company’s benefits, and ultimately increase sales!

All SITG Designs Include:

  • Landscape Plan – A scaled drawing of the areas of focus (both planting & hardscape).

  • Material List – A material list will have quantities and recommended plant sizes (if desired).

  • Photo Renderings – A 2D photo render (if desired…usually a nice add-on for your customers).

  • Your company’s logo (if desired).

SITG Will Not:

  • Created estimates.

  • Do plant/material ordering.

  • Show up on the jobsite to manage landscape crews.

How it works!

1.Homeowner Pays SITG Directly (Regular Pricing…see Pricing Page).

  • If you have a clients who wishes to see a design first, recommend SITG.  We will call your client directly and walk them through the design process from start to finish.  Once payment is received, you the contractor are CC’d when the design “packet” is emailed to the homeowner.

***No other contractor is discussed or referred to YOUR client.

2. Contractor Pays SITG Directly (Special Contractor Rate…Talk to Sarah directly for more information).

  • If you would rather work the cost of the design into your bid OR if you only needing a simple design so that you can present to your client, this option is for you.

  • This option is also beneficial if you would prefer SITG displays “Your Concept” on the plan.
